I was recently asked to take some environmental portraits to help raise awareness about a wonderful fundraiser. It amazes me the amount of funds and heightened awareness that is brought to situations, businesses, or a cause when a few highly influential men and women get together! I had the privilege of photographing Co-chairman, Mr. Don McArdle, and several of the women that are avid supporters of the Women’s Care Center. Without people like this the Women’s Care Center wouldn’t be what it is today.
The Tippmann-McArdle Women’s Care Center Classic is a perfect example of a great cause that deserves to be highlighted. Since 2011 the Tippman-McArdle golf outing has raised over $600,000 for the women and children of Fort Wayne. The golf outing will be held at Sycamore Hills Golf Club in Fort Wayne, IN on May 18th. All proceeds from this event stay in Allen County to help moms and babies. Each center has a small retail area that mothers can purchase clothing, blankets, diapers, books and other essentials with vouchers they have earned for completing parenting classes.
